Made for filmmakers, by filmmakers.

Studio 2 is a filmmaker-owned production facility in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. We don't list a rented apartment on a marketplace. We build sets from the ground up, dress them with intent, and keep them shoot-ready 365 days a year.

Our four flagship environments, the Gritty Dive Bar, Retro 50s Diner, Chic Fashion Boutique, and High-Rise CEO Office, have hosted more than 500 productions for Netflix, BuzzFeed, YouTube, TikTok, iHerb, Hallmark, ReelShort, NetShort, GoodShort, DramaBox, DramaWave, and dozens more.
